The first step is to sign up to their free Enterprise programme. There are four stages to launching your business, with lots of support along the way, including potential funding and grants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The King\u2019s Trust Enterprise programme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Enterprise programme is available both face to face and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Info session \u2013&nbsp; receive an invite to a four-day interactive workshop and find out about the support available<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Workshop \u2013 meet other young entrepreneurs and speak to a business adviser about business planning, marketing, sales, budgeting, tax, and more<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Build your business \u2013 work with a mentor to plan and test your ideas, and apply for funding<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Launch \u2013 present your business plan to The King\u2019s Trust\u2019s Business Launch Group, who\u2019ll help you make sure your idea is viable and sustainable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5: <\/strong>Support \u2013 you\u2018ll be matched with a mentor, who\u2019ll support you for the first two years after launch. They\u2019ll help you to navigate challenges and champion your successes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start-up funding from The King\u2019s Trust<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before you apply for funding from The King\u2019s Trust, you\u2019ll be contacted to discuss your situation. Based on the information you supply, they may recommend a grant, a loan, or a combination of both. Participants then have up to 12 months to plan and develop their business idea with support from a mentor.
